Robert Half is assisting a well respected and highly successful company in their search for an Account Representative to provide excellent customer service to their clients. Responsibilities will include:
Provide friendly and dependable customer service
Entering sales and customer input into systems
Assisting with quotes, scheduling, and order entry
Filing paperwork in customer folders
Handling payments and invoices
Other duties assigned
2+ years of customer account service experience preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to handle a high workload
Time efficient and organized
Able to operate database systems: SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Excel/Outlook/Word, SAP
Able to examine data
