Robert Half Accounting Assistant in Tampa, Florida
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in TAMPA, Florida. This role is pivotal to our operations, encompassing a broad range of responsibilities from meeting and event coordination to finance administration and CEO support. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our accounting functions, managing data entry tasks, and providing office administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a wide range of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage financial tasks
• Carry out auditing tasks and perform bank reconciliations
• Complete and submit expense reports for various departments
• Enter and manage invoices using relevant software such as CaseWare and Concur
• Provide administrative support to the office, including managing meetings and events
• Assist in member and stakeholder relations
• Support the CEO with administrative tasks as required
• Coordinate financial processes and ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CaseWare
• Ability to use Concur
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Auditing
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with Complete Expense Reports, Expense Reimbursements, and Expense Reports
• Proficiency in Computer Data Entry and Data Entry
• Experience with Coding Invoices, Customer Invoices, and Enter Invoices
