Description
We are seeking a Controller to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role is primarily focused on overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, and managing the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting process. This role is crucial to the financial stability and growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards
• Manage SEC reporting process, ensuring all financial reports are submitted in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal stakeholders, providing insights and analysis to facilitate strategic decision making
• Utilize various accounting software systems to manage and streamline accounting functions
• Conduct regular auditing of financial records and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to manage customer data and generate financial reports
• Manage and monitor budget processes to ensure financial stability and growth

Requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
• 7+ years of experience, CPA preferred
• Proficiency in budget processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exposure to SEC reporting
