Robert Half HR Director in Tampa, Florida


A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for an HR Director n a full-time, direct-hire basis.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  1. Administration of all benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and other benefits

  2. Conducting new hire orientations, gathering new hire documentation and ensuring new hires are setup in all associated HRIS systems

  3. Assistance with sourcing and recruiting of prospective candidates for various positions within the company

  4. Handles all employee relations issues, investigations and associated tasks

  5. Carries out terminations and exit interviews as required

  6. Reviews and updates HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws

  7. Assists with rollout of payroll systems and other HR systems as needed


Position Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of HR experience at the Management or Director level

  2. Experience with implementation of HR policies and procedures

  3. Thorough understanding of HR laws and compliance

  4. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  5. HR certifications are a plus
