Description

We are seeking a IT Project Manager w/ strong IT Cloud and Infrastructure background to join our client's team. This resource will design technical solutions to meet business needs and develops detailed project plans for implementation. Responsibilities include planning, configuring, implementing, and documenting infrastructure changes for data centers, servers, network devices, firewalls, and phone systems, both on-premises and in the cloud. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of cross-departmental infrastructure projects. This opportunity offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design technical solutions to meet business needs

• Develop detailed project plans for implementation

• Plan, configure, implement, and document infrastructure changes for data centers, servers, network devices, firewalls, and phone systems, both on-premises and in the cloud

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of cross-departmental infrastructure projects

• Maintain and update databases as required

• Provide top-notch customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally

• Apply design skills to create solutions that meet business needs

• Configure and manage firewall systems to ensure the security of our infrastructure

• Stay up-to-date with the latest in data center infrastructure, enterprise servers, multi-line phone systems, and cloud technologies.

Requirements • Proficient in Database management and manipulation

• Capable of effectively communicating with C-Suite executives

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service

• Strong design skills, particularly in the context of project management

• Experience with firewall configuration

• Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure

• Ability to operate and manage phone systems, including multi-line phone systems

• Familiarity with enterprise servers and their management

• Proficient in Cloud Technologies and their application in project management

• Experience in a support role to a Project Manager/Lead Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
