We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Tampa, Florida. This role involves overseeing the process of payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end payroll processing for multiple business units including multi-state employees

• Using ADP Workforce Now system to manage payroll activities

• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions

• Ensuring compliance with current payroll tax requirements

• Working closely with the HR department to reconcile payroll discrepancies

• Processing changes to payroll, such as salary adjustments, benefit deductions and employee terminations

• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns

• Collaborating with team members based in other locations

• Managing full cycle processing requirements

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now is necessary.

• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System is a must.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.

• Previous experience in a payroll administration role is desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

• Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance standards.
