Responsible for recruiting for senior level VP SR. VP and Director openings
Overseeing various administrative duties
Utilizing digital recruiting resources Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Working with internal stakeholders to influence internal recommendations
Schedule and complete candidate phone screens
Managing interviews and large hiring events
Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a large organization
Extensive applicant tracking system experience (Workday experience a plus)
Social media recruitment experience strongly desired
You will do well in this position if you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Strong relationship management experience
