? Enhances, maintains, and administers current physical and virtual server infrastructure systems. Configures and maintains database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Monitors performance of server hardware and application software. Recommends migration and upgrades when necessary. ? Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems. Tunes SQL environment, ensuring best possible performance. ? Analyze, solves, and corrects issues in real time, providing problem resolution end to end. Refines and automates regular processes, tracks issues, and updates documentation. ? Designs indexes for existing applications, choosing when to add or remove index. ? Documents and stores all server/ storage topology of all networks. Documents SQL database environment and keeps documents up to date. Documents all work as required by Information Technology Division policy. ? Ensures all systems are backed up in a way that meets business RTO/RPO and processes are tested periodically. ? Shares domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to peers and team members. ? Serves as technical consultant for technology purchases. Recommends new technology to improve performance. Works closely with vendors to ensure successful development, installation, and maintenance of projects. ? Participates in design and implementation of disaster recovery plan for all networks, servers, switches, and software related to the systems. ? Performs scheduled maintenance and patching after normal working hours as needed. Participates in Information Technology Division's regular on-call rotation. ? Attends job-specific training classes as requested by manager. Completes annual BSA/AML Compliance Training and understands employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program, and completes FACT Act Red Flag training.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements.) ?
