How you will make an impact

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Practical knowledge of Complaint Resolution

  • Proficiency in Directs Incoming Calls

  • Knowledge of Direct Phone Calls

  • Adeptness in Call Center Customer Service

  • Previous experience working with Resolve Customer Issues

  • Good understanding of Resolve Customer Complaints

  • Resolve Discrepancies experience highly valued

  • Inbound Outbound Calls experience

  • Background working with Issue Resolution

  • Inbound Telephone Calls experience highly desired

  • Earlier work involving Resolve Claim

  • General familiarity with Resolve Customer Service

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience

  • Comprehension of Resolve Errors

  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

  • Problem Resolution experience highly preferred

  • Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
