Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Account Manager in the Management Consultancy industry for a remote opportunity. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, where you will primarily be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their success. This role is a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Forecast and track key account metrics

• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the client experience

• Conduct regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction

• Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

• Proven experience in the role of Account Manager, preferably within the Management Consultancy industry

• Strong knowledge and understanding of account management principles and practices

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

• Understanding of market research methods and analysis

• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
