- Executive Assistant will maintain calendars, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide thoughtful reminders -Executive Assistant will act as the point of contact between the CEO, team members, and external contacts -Executive Assistant will handle internal meeting logistics; scheduling, deck creation and updating, agenda creation and maintenance -Executive Assistant will handle requests and queries appropriately -Executive Assistant will make travel arrangements and plan appointments and events -Executive Assistant will work with the CEO to develop proactive and efficient approaches to time management -Executive Assistant will facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information, maintain agendas and notes, schedule meetings) -Executive Assistant will be an active member of the Internal Operations Team; attend team meetings and contribute to team initiatives and goals
