Description

Robert Half Direct has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a software company. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and execute complex automated marketing programs that support data management, by leading workflow, scoring, and database integrity.

This position will seek to understand how effective campaigns generate interest in the company's products and services, and how repeated marketing touches will convert prospects to highly qualified marketing leads. The ideal candidate will accelerate in B2B value propositions through streamlining lead processes, technical functions and in-depth analysis of the content and deliverables.

The day-to-day execution of lead generation campaigns will include list building, segmentation analysis, browser and ISP testing, creative audit and testing, email publication scheduling, report building and other activities critical to the success of the company’s marketing and sales strategies.

We are seeking someone who possesses a hybrid of technical and soft skills, and is an adopter of leading content and enablement best practices. A big portion of the job is having the ability to process, analyze, and organize projects and campaigns to maximize production, results, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on project results

  • Management of end-to-end detail of content briefing, execution, creation and publication

  • Coordinate testing of content, reporting, and distribution of both inbound and outbound marketing and sales enablement assets

  • P& L analysis on all marketing campaigns

  • Analyze ROI on marketing tactics and refine promotional plans on a continuous basis

  • Configures and deploys the technical aspects of all campaigns in conjunction with the marketing automation

    Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in technology marketing management or project management

  • Proven marketing and project experience in commercial client/PC space, computer hardware, software, SaaS or other relevant technology field

  • Understands process implementation and has the technical experience to back it up

  • Strong analytical skills. Possess the ability to translate online behavior to lead generation and revenue

  • Strong interpersonal skills, cross-team collaboration approach, and open and honest communication and interaction

  • Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder processes, working in cross-team programs

  • Bias towards action, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to take direction from others

  • Solid understanding of email fundamentals (CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, A/B split testing, etc.) and KPIs

  • Ability to translate technical product features into compelling marketing and sales value propositions
