Bilingual Customer Service Representatives will be interested in Robert Half's new position if they love building solid customer relationships. Major responsibilities

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Direct Phone Calls experience

  • Adeptness in Veterans Benefits

  • Experience with Call Center Customer Service

  • Proficiency in Administrative Office

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Dental Benefits

  • Foundational knowledge in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience

  • General familiarity with Inbound Call Center

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
