Description
Our client is seeking a degreed Accounting/ P2P Manager. The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of implementing ERP systems, Accounts Payable, the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively. Oil & Gas industry is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
Strategically streamline the AP and procure-to-pay process across multiple entities, working with department and company leaders.
Lead and manage the implementation of ERP systems.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure optimal performance of processes.
Develop and implement strategic plans to manage cost-effective activities.
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership to teams while promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
P2P experience, 10+ years of Accounts Payable, with 3+ in a Leadership role
Expert knowledge of ERP system implementation and Project management.
Solid leadership abilities coupled with strong communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, Communication and strategic planning skills.
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.

Requirements
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in an Accounts Payable
P2P, Project Management
Proven experience in managing Accounting Functions
Proven track record in Software Implementations, particularly in financial systems
Strong skills in Continuous Process Improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets
Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
