Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with Power BI in The Woodlands, Texas. The role is within a dynamic industry and will involve a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing Power BI to analyze and present business data effectively.
• Implementing Atlassian Jira to manage projects and tasks.
• Applying CRM strategies to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Using Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation.
• Executing AB Testing to compare variants and improve performance.
• Applying Agile Scrum methodologies in project management to ensure efficient workflow.
• Understanding Business Process Functions to align operations with business objectives.
• Developing Business Requirement Documents to guide the development process.
• Overseeing Claim Administration to ensure accurate and timely claim resolutions. Requirements
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Gap Analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in AB Testing for product development
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology for project management
• Understanding of Business Process Functions in a corporate environment
• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Claim Administration in a business setting
• Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting
