Description
A company in The Woodlands is in need of a General Office Clerk on a temporary to full-time basis to assist with paperwork having to do with financial documents. Duties include filing, typing, answering calls, organizing paperwork, data entry, and email correspondence. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and work within the Microsoft Suite. Requirements - Microsoft Word experience preferred
Data entry experience desired
Highly organized and self-motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Experience with Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Demonstrated ability handling office equipment
Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position
Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
