Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
• Install computer peripherals for users
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
• Advise staff on appropriate action
• Support the roll-out of new applications
Requirements • Must be proficient in Citrix and Dell Technologies
• Experience with EO/IR systems is required
• Knowledge in operating and troubleshooting Mac Computers
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Active Directory
• Must have a solid understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management is essential
• Must be able to handle Deployments effectively
• Familiarity with Deskside Support is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a must Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
