This position provides assistance/support to a prominent Financial Planner. Duties include but are not limited to calendar management, client meeting preparation, updating statements/spreadsheets, follow up on paperwork requests, help cover reception when needed, and more as requested. Experience in financial/wealth management is preferred. Must have prior relevant executive administrative experience to be considered. Microsoft Excel experience desired
Microsoft Office Word experience required
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Internet research skills
