Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions has partnered with a Toledo-area organization as they add to their growing team to support the continued growth of the organization. Are you an experienced HR professional with a Bachelor's and experience in benefits administration? This might be the ideal role for you! As the successful candidate you will play a key role in supporting the team's success as you:
Responsibilities:
Career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs and strategic development expertise.
Management of insurance and 401(k) plan.
Verifying accuracy of benefit enrollments and new-hire onboarding.
Answering benefits inquiries and conducting quality checks of benefits data.
Collaborating with HR Compliance Team to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policy.
Processing leave-of-absence requests and all disability paperwork.
Assisting with the open enrollment process and annual 401k audit.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition team to manage position requisition process.
Responding to initial unemployment requests for data.
Application of analytical skills to make recommendations based on data trends.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits.
Experience working with a broker to source new carriers.
A desire to help build processes, establish policies and create procedures
