Robert Half Data Analyst in Toms River, New Jersey
Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Data Analyst to be part of our team. This role will be based in Toms River, New Jersey, and will involve managing support tickets, providing additional support to the Platform Owners, delivering training to end users, and developing a detailed understanding of the business process. The successful candidate will be well-versed in data analysis within the accounting and finance industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve support tickets to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Act as the primary point of contact for support teams, users, and clients regarding any questions or issues
• Escalate all business process and system issues through the appropriate channels
• Develop a deep understanding of the business process
• Provide additional support to the Platform Owners and myBuy support teams as required
• Deliver training to end-users when necessary and assist in creating job aids or tip sheets
• Utilize tools such as Coupa, PeopleSoft, and JDE in daily tasks
• Work productively within a large, complex organization and influence change
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume work environment
• Use strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
• Provide excellent service to internal customers. Requirements • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with PeopleSoft, JDE EnterpriseOne, and Coupa software
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Proficient in using spreadsheets for data organization and analysis
• Experience in training and providing ongoing support to internal customers
• Ability to manage and resolve support tickets
• Knowledge of procurement processes and service level agreements
• Experience in providing workstation support
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create effective job aids
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of 'About Time' time management strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
