Description We are in search of an Employment Recruiter to join our team, operating remotely from Toms River, New Jersey. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the HR industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including screening candidates, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining staffing dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the full recruitment cycle, from screening potential candidates to scheduling interviews.

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Avature to source potential candidates.

• Maintain accurate staffing dashboards and update pipeline reports regularly.

• Conduct reconciliations with the site's headcount and ensure data accuracy.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to present experience in candidates.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.

• Conduct phone screens as part of the initial evaluation of candidates.

• Plan and coordinate hiring events to attract potential candidates.

• Utilize systems like Workday and PeopleSoft to manage recruitment processes.

• Monitor and reach key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the organization.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, including drug testing procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in hiring processes

• Knowledge of staffing and headcount procedures

• Ability to conduct reconciliations

• Familiarity with KPI reporting

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition

• Ability to create dashboards

• Experience with Indeed and Workday platforms

• Capability to schedule interviews

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft software

• Experience in screening candidates via phone screens

• Knowledge of all candidates required to undergo drug screening procedures

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates

• Familiarity with Avature software

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a detail oriented and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Experience in human resources or related field is a plus.
