Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in Toms River, New Jersey

Description

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to work in our Miami, FL location. This role is integral to our Facilities Management team, where you will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for the delivery of Workplace Services. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity that offers an engaging and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and manage inventory supplies

• Utilize work order system for effective service delivery

• Assist with administrative tasks such as badging needs, receptionist duties, and switchboard operations

• Provide administrative support for the Workplace Experience team as directed, including expense management and meeting coordination

• Maintain the integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery

• Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts

• Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services

• Maintain relationships with vendors that provide services and goods to the office

• Ensure all vendors used have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation in place per requirements

• Effectively manage office and workplace experience equipment care and supply management

Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Experience in Facilities Management

• Ability to coordinate and manage meetings

• Comprehensive knowledge of Documentation and Database management

• Familiarity with Insurance processes and protocols

• Experience in dealing with Vendors and Check Processing

• Understanding of Digital platforms and technologies

• Ability to handle Complaints and provide Concierge Services

• Coordination skills are essential

• Experience in Contractual agreements and Switchboard Operations

• Ability to Maintain Relationships with various stakeholders

• Proficiency in Expense Management and Supply Management

• Experience in Service Delivery

• Ability to pass a Drug Test

• A Plus certification is an advantage

• Ability to manage and coordinate resources and facilities for meetings

• Experience in managing office supplies and inventory.
