Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in Toms River, New Jersey

Description

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in South Jordan, UT. In this role, you will be an integral part of our facilities management team, providing support and coordination for the delivery of workplace experience services. You will work in collaboration with both in-house teams and third-party service providers to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and staff. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle reception duties such as greeting visitors, setting up pantries and conference rooms, and creating visitor badges.

• Coordinate work orders for both internal and external building maintenance needs.

• Provide administrative support for the delivery of Workplace Services, which may include concierge services, meeting room management, event management, and onboarding.

• Assist the Workplace Experience leadership team with general administrative tasks including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

• Request building and/or equipment services as needed and ensure the accuracy and quality of these services.

• Support the Workplace Experience team by managing office equipment care and supply management.

• Ensure all business service billings are invoiced and billed as required.

• Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize and maintain databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.

• Coordinate all moves with client contacts and attend move meetings as required.

Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and communication.

• Proficiency in office functions, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with billing functions, materials handling, and database management.

• Knowledge of human resources administration, including hiring processes and onboarding.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites and cloud technologies.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.

• Experience in facilities management and receptionist duties.

• Understanding of quality control measures and production processes.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and expense reporting.

• Experience in client relations and building a positive workplace environment.

• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' is a plus.
