Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the manufacturing industry, located in TONAWA, New York. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and check runs
• Maintain and reconcile account records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Utilize various software and tools such as Oracle Apps, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and SAP for efficient data entry and management
• Address and resolve any accounts payable inquiries and issues promptly
• Code invoices accurately to facilitate proper record keeping and payment
• Continuously monitor and review customer accounts, initiating necessary actions when required.
This role is ideal for someone with skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle Apps. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs
• Knowledge of Coding Invoices
• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
