Robert Half Office Team Bilingual Certification Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario

Working with our client, we are actively looking for a Bilingual Certification Coordinator to join their downtown Toronto office. The successful candidate possesses strong customer service and interpersonal skills and can work in a team environment. The Certification Coordinator will coordinate certification courses and ensure standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. Primary responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to inquiries in an efficient and timely manner * Liaise with educational institutions and external stakeholders on a regular basis * Coordinate and manage all aspects of the certification course administration * Produce error reports and ensure data is accurately entered into the database * Participate in projects that will contribute to process and administrative improvements
