Our client, a global financial services organization is looking for a highly motivated, driven and energetic Senior Recruiter to join their team. The successful individual possesses strong verbal and written business communications skills, and has been exposed to executive level recruiting. Located in downtown Toronto, the Senior Recruiter will provide full-lifecycle recruitment support. Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Build and establish relationships with members in all levels of the organization * Identify, attract, and recruit top talent, as well as for future pipeline * Interview and present qualified candidates to hiring manager * Proactively search for diverse methods for creating new contacts and relationships within the community * Develop strategic sourcing channels * Consult business unit leaders to update them of trends in the market place
