Robert Half Business Analyst IT L3 in Torrance, California

Description We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst IT L3 to join our team in the automotive industry based in MARYSVILLE NT, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the processing of customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and initiate the necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary

• Utilize your knowledge of insurance and agency processes to enhance operations

• Leverage your familiarity with Agency Management Systems and insurance tech used by various insurance entities

• Adhere to compliance regulations surrounding the use of customer PII data in insurance

• Contribute to management status presentations with your strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Manage or support IT projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines

• Gather and document business requirements, create use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and documentation skills

• Proven experience in IT operations within the automotive industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools

• Understanding of compliance regulations and standards in the IT sector

• Proven experience in project management

• Knowledge of insurance processes and procedures in the IT context

• Ability to create and deliver presentations to various stakeholders

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software or similar time management tools

• Experience in the implementation of IT solutions and systems

• Willingness to travel as required for the role

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with suppliers within the automotive industry

• Ability to develop and deliver KPI reports

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Proficiency in creating IT specifications

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and projects

• Knowledge of various IT methodologies

• Experience working with insurance companies in a business analyst role

• Ability to deliver IT projects and initiatives on time and within budget

• Proficiency in R Code

• Understanding of various business process functions
