Description
Job Title: MarTech Manager
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 (base + bonus) + company-provided vehicle + benefits
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4-5 direct reports in the Consumer Applications Department, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of projects.
MarTech Roadmap Development: Drive the development of the MarTech roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing tools and technologies to optimize marketing efforts.
Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and management of MarTech tools including Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, OneTrust, Enterprise Customer Data Platform, Amplitude (Google Tag Manager), and Tableau, ensuring efficient utilization to meet business objectives.
Project and Portfolio Management: Utilize experience in project and portfolio management to ensure timely delivery of projects with clear end dates, while also managing ongoing applications and platforms within the portfolio.
Budget Management: Manage a budget of up to $5 million, allocating resources effectively to support MarTech initiatives and maximize return on investment.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in large-scale transactional and/or customer-facing B2C applications, with a focus on customer relationship management, preference management, data unification, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and customer data protection.
Marketing Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of marketing disciplines including customer segmentation, social media, paid media, lead generation, and search engine integration and optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing and technology departments to align MarTech initiatives with broader business goals and objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience leading, influencing, and motivating teams to execute projects effectively.
Familiarity with marketing principles and tools, including campaign marketing tools and analytics.
Working knowledge of customer data protection and privacy principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
