Project Manager (eCommerce)

$120K - $140K + benefits

hybrid onsite 1x per week

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Technical Project Manager in Torrance, California. As part of our team, your primary function will be to manage and implement various ERP, Accounting, Wholesale, and Retail applications. You will also be required to prioritize, plan, deliver, and support enterprise-wide applications, interfaces, vendor-based applications, and system upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the implementation of various ERP, Accounting, Wholesale, and Retail applications.

• Prioritize, plan and deliver enterprise-wide applications, interfaces, and vendor-based applications.

• Conduct system upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.

• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet to effectively manage projects.

• Contribute to the implementation and support of E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale direct-to-consumer systems.

• Apply Agile software methodology, specifically scrum master role understanding and expertise.

• Write test plans and perform application testing to ensure the efficiency of various systems.

• Implement and support business intelligence systems, eCommerce, and mobile applications.

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.

• Carry out change management processes as necessary.

• Implement direct-to-consumer systems within the retail and wholesale sectors.

Requirements • Proven proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is essential.

• Demonstrated skills in AB Testing are needed.

• Must have a strong background in Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in Change Management is a must.

• Knowledge in eCommerce is necessary.

• Familiarity with the retail industry is required.

• Experience with Direct-To-Consumer strategies is a must.

• Must have a strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Proven experience in IT project management is necessary.

• Vendor management skills are required.
