Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry, based in Torrance, California, United States. The role is for a Receptionist, where the individual will play a crucial role in establishing a friendly and detail oriented environment for our clients, staff, and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Effectively manage incoming calls, ensuring queries are addressed or redirected appropriately.

• Organize and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth business operations.

• Provide general office support, contributing to the efficient running of the business.

• Maintain detail orientation and poise in representing the firm.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook to perform tasks and maintain records.

• Conduct data entry tasks with precision, updating and maintaining accurate records.

• Answer multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within the office.

• Handle email correspondence adeptly, ensuring all communications are timely and accurate.

• Organize files systematically, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Requirements • Proven experience in answering a multi-line phone system.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks.

• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, meetings, and calendars.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.

• Experience in organizing files for easy retrieval and record-keeping.

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
