Job Description:

The IT Project Manager will establish and implement project management procedures and methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered timely, within budget, meeting high-quality standards, and align with customers' expectations and business objectives.

Daily tasks include:

  • Overseeing teams throughout all phases of development cycle.

  • Assembling project plans and directing as well as monitoring work efforts on a regular basis.

  • Coordinating communication with all enterprise areas that influence the scope, budget, risk, and resources of work effort.

  • Leading meetings, gaining consensus, and distributing meeting minutes.

  • Managing vendor relationships.

  • Evaluating complex risks, leading reviews, and implementing risk mitigation and action plans.

  • Managing multiple cross-functional projects of high complexity.

  • Providing status reports regarding project milestones, deliverable dependencies, risks, and issues.

  • Controlling project cost and schedule.

  • Demonstrating effective communication and proven leadership skills.

  • Prioritizing and balancing multiple projects.

The successful candidate will manage the implementation of several multipart system projects.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field.

  • Project Management PMP certification or successful completion of recognized project management curriculum is preferred.

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to provide project updates to all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee large, complex, diverse, and strategic projects.

  • Advanced understanding of various project management disciplines (e.g., waterfall, agile/scrum).

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and drive results and possess interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in Logistics/Supply chain preferred.

  • Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with Clarity is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
