Description We are in search of an Application Development Project Manager/Lead in the Automotive industry, who will manage multiple projects in the Automobile Sales and Logistics areas. This role is primarily remote but will require occasional visits to our campus in Torrance, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, including forecasting, planning, and managing budgets to ensure the project stays on track.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, taking ownership and being accountable for the overall delivery of each project.

• Organize and facilitate IT and Business meetings and workshops.

• Develop business use cases and document project goals.

• Create and manage change requests, test plans, and training materials.

• Prepare project status reports and conduct status meetings with IT and business stakeholders.

• Analyze, manage, and communicate project risks and issues.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other cross-functional teams in the organization.

• Ensure the project aligns with company policies.

• Assign and manage project tasks and resources.

• Prepare, conduct, and present project and management level presentations and project evaluations with executives. Requirements • Extensive experience in the automotive industry

• Proficiency in application development and project management

• Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a focus on managing budgets and policy processes

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively

• Experience with logistics, including managing vendors and quarterly deliveries

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management strategies

• Proficiency in R Code and Power BI

• Experience in creating and developing training materials

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Ability to make presentations to a range of audiences
