An Apparel company in the Torrance area is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist their growing department. This is a long term temporary position with the opportunity to become temporary-to-full-time.
Responsibilities will include:
Support Account Manager with daily tasks and projects including inputting sales orders, account setups, tech packs, and samples to assist with growing sales.
Responsible for reconciling open sales orders and backorders.
Maintain high level of customer service and relationship management support.
Develop a thorough and complete understanding of internal processes in order to execute on customer needs. Work collaboratively with remote internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Move tasks and project(s) along with minimal supervision.
Generate reports, analyze data and effectively navigate through Netsuite.
Resolve issues in a manner that builds trust with customers and team members.
Bachelor's Degree Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in B2B account and sales support Netsuite Experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Possess a high level of written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers Highly organized and detail oriented, strong administrative and organizational skills Poised and detail oriented, assertive, positive attitude, and a team player Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges and possess the ability to problem solve Ability to multitask effectively, manage time, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
