Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Totowa, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to manage and process customer data, provide excellent customer service, and utilize your expertise in software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and enter customer data into the system
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving any customer inquiries
• Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain organized customer files and perform calculations
• Utilize 10 Key Skills to input data swiftly and precisely
• Regularly review and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary actions as required
• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring their accuracy
• Scan and digitize relevant paperwork and documents for easy data retrieval
• Implement typing skills to ensure fast and accurate data entry. Requirements • Must possess 10 Key Skills
• Proven experience in Customer Service
• Previous Data Entry experience is required
• Proficiency in Email Correspondence
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately
• Experience in Scanning documents
• Strong Typing skills are necessary
