Our client is highly regarded law firm in Northern Michigan seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their dynamic team. This firm prides itself on providing high-quality legal services in family law, and for fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Representing clients in complex family law litigation matters, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and prenuptial agreements.
Developing and cultivating strong relationships with clients, and providing outstanding legal advice and counsel.
Efficiently managing multiple cases, adapting to changing deadlines and varied client demands.
Paying close attention to detail and demonstrating accuracy in all aspects of their work.
Contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence within the firm.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Michigan State Bar, and be in good standing.
A minimum of three years of experience in family law litigation, underscored by a record of successful case outcomes.
Command of the rules of evidence and prior first-chair experience.
Exceptional advocacy, along with first-rate legal research and analytical abilities.
Acute problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
