Accountemps is a seeking a Benefits Administrator to help our client in the Treasure Valley. We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to be responsible for the processing of client benefits in an efficient manner into the benefits platform for internal and external staff. A successful Benefits Administrator will be strong at multitasking, understand enrollment forms, and fast/ accurate at the inputting of enrollment data, working closely with Human Resources and Payroll. Keeping your health and safety at the forefront, this role is a long-term, hybrid on-site and work-from-home (WFH) position in the Boise area. This client has strict COVID-19 protocols in place when on-site, including providing Personal Protective Equipment and ample spatial distancing.

Responsibilities of the Accountemps role:

  • Must be skilled in accuracy and speed in Data Entry, Multi-Tasking, and must be well organized and able to understand and follow benefit regulations

  • Maintain and update employee records and benefits files.

  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.

  • Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs.

  • Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.

  • Research new employee benefit plans and vendors.

  • Liaise with vendors and negotiate and coordinate contracts for new and existing plans.

  • Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
