We have an opportunity for a self-driven and organized accounting professional that thrives working in environments with tight deadlines and minimal supervision. The Bookkeeper is in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, and month-end closing. On top of this, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry. Don't wait - apply today!
Responsibilities:
Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation
Keep a general ledger.
Other distinguished projects when necessary
Arrange sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments.
Guide monthly accounting close.
Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills
Command of Sage Timberline Software
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
Strong time management and organizational skills
