Investigate reports and sheets of data

Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
Sift through websites for information
Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Demonstrated typing accuracy
Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Data entry experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Bilingual Spanish is a must
