Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Trenton, New Jersey. The role is for a Mailroom Assistant who will be responsible for a range of tasks related to managing outgoing and incoming mails and packages and maintaining detailed records.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the distribution of outgoing messages and packages.
• Ensure all outgoing post is appropriately labeled and packaged.
• Maintain detailed records of all incoming packages, including their weight and dimensions.
• Ensure the efficient processing of customer applications.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Take appropriate action to monitor customer accounts.
• Handle all customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
• Manage daily mail and deliveries.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient mail distribution process.
Requirements • Candidate must have experience in handling deliveries.
• Proficiency in daily mail processing is required.
• Experience in mail distribution is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to perform physical activities, such as lifting heavy items.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
