Description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical/Systems Analyst II to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension and conversion to a full-time employee. The successful candidate will review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations to determine user needs and requirements, recommending improvements to systems as necessary. As the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff, you will identify, document, report, and track system issues, supporting the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical/Systems Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in SailPoint development and production support
Java certification is required
Strong data analytics skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
SailPoint development and production support experience
Java certification
Strong data analytics skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Bilingual in English/Spanish
