Description We are seeking a Data/Information Architect based in Trevose, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will be instrumental in implementing and troubleshooting hardware systems, including laptops. This role also entails the responsibility of assisting with the implementation of a ticketing system. As part of the role, the candidate will be involved in the transition from Gmail to Outlook. This role is an excellent fit for individuals eager to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize SAP for various tasks, with the opportunity to further develop these skills
• Troubleshoot and implement hardware systems, focusing primarily on laptops
• Assist in the implementation of a ticketing system to streamline processes
• Participate in the migration from Gmail to Outlook, improving the company's communication infrastructure
• Leverage skills in Cloud Technologies, Database, DB2 Database, EO/IR systems, Erwin Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Data Modeling to support the company's growth
• Contribute to the company's consistent growth by employing effective strategies and utilizing resources efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data architecture is aligned with company objectives
• Take part in the planning and implementation of data models and database designs
• Ensure data governance policies and procedures are followed to maintain high data quality and compliance
• Continually update knowledge and skills related to data architecture, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Database and DB2 Database
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a must
• Proficient in Erwin Data
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Analytics
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is required
• Expertise in Data Architecture
• Understanding and experience in Data Governance
• Proficiency in Data Modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
