Description We are offering a contract for a Receptionist role in the banking industry, specifically in the Savings & Loan sector. The job location is in Troy, Michigan. As a Receptionist, you will be tasked with a range of duties including handling customer inquiries, managing the front office, and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing all incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate party.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, generating reports, and preparing for meetings.
• Greet vendors and visitors, providing guidance as necessary.
• Utilize your organizational skills to manage mail outs, schedule appointments, order office supplies, and scan documents.
• Support scheduling by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Use computers and software to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Handle email correspondence and data entry tasks with precision and professionalism. Requirements • Exceptional Customer Service skills are vital, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required, ensuring all customer information is accurately and efficiently recorded.
• Excellent Email Correspondence skills are necessary, with the ability to compose detail oriented and succinct messages to both customers and colleagues.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills are crucial, with the potential to build relationships and interact with a diverse range of people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with the ability to create, manage, and manipulate spreadsheets and data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is necessary for managing email and calendar appointments effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is vital, with the ability to create and edit detail oriented documents and correspondence.
• Strong skills in Organizing Files are required, ensuring all customer information and company records are kept orderly and easily accessible.
