Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an SEC Reporting Manager in Oregon. This role is critical in our finance team, where you will be responsible for managing SEC reporting and ensuring that all financial statements are prepared accurately. This role also requires proficiency in Workiva software and a strong background in accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and submission of SEC reports, including Form 10-K and proxies.
• Manage the process for rolling forward spreadsheets and footnotes.
• Utilize Workiva software to streamline the reporting process.
• Work closely with the corporate accounting/finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Analyze customer credit applications to maintain accurate records.
• Act as a Swiss army knife, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various accounting tasks.
• Ensure accurate customer credit records are maintained.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Use your CPA background from an accounting firm to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements • Proficiency in SEC Reporting is essential for this role.
• Prior experience in preparing Form 10-K is necessary.
• Candidates must have expertise in Financial Statement Preparation.
• The role requires a thorough understanding of Footnote Disclosures.
• Proficiency in Footnote Preparation is a crucial requirement.
• Experience with Workiva is highly desirable.
