Robert Half File Clerk in Tucson, Arizona

Description We are in search of a diligent File Clerk who will be based in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves working in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on data entry and customer service. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with ADP - Financial Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook, among other relevant tools. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and file customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records with high accuracy

• Handle customer inquiries related to credit applications and provide timely responses

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and initiate appropriate action for delinquent payments

• Use Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and record-keeping

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating charts and graphs for data visualization

• Ensure effective customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for managing email correspondence with customers

• Use ADP - Financial Services for processing customer credit applications and managing customer credit records

• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in data entry

• Experience in managing correspondence effectively

• Proven ability in handling and organizing files

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
