Robert Half File Clerk in Tucson, Arizona

Description We are offering an opportunity in Tucson, Arizona, for a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our team as a File Clerk. This role operates within the financial services industry and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook. The primary function of this role is to manage and maintain accurate customer credit records, process credit applications, and resolve credit-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications efficiently and accurately

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit

• Resolving customer inquiries related to credit promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Using Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and Outlook, for data management and communication

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for efficient credit management

• Creating charts and graphs for visual representation of credit data

• Handling correspondence related to customer credit

• Delivering excellent customer service in all interactions

• Carrying out data entry tasks related to credit applications and customer credit records.

This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to create Charts and Graphs using relevant software

• Good at handling Correspondence tasks effectively

• Strong Customer Service skills to handle queries and issues

• Experience in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and timely input

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software would be advantageous

• Prior experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role would be beneficial

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail to maintain accurate records

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level.
