Description
We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our clients' team in Tucson, Arizona. They are an accounting firm, and as the Full-Charge Bookkeeper you will be tasked with handling bank and credit card reconciliation for multiple clients, assisting in payroll, and utilizing QuickBooks Online for various tasks. This is a great role for someone who is looking for a fast paced environment, and will be temp-to-hire for the right individual!
Responsibilities
• Execute bank and credit card reconciliation for multiple clients to ensure accurate accounting records.
• Assist in payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks, enhancing efficiency in operations.
• Handle month-end close activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Work with Microsoft Excel for basic data management and analysis.
• Oversee accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in accounting software systems
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
-Ability to close the books
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
