Robert Half Sr. Manufacturing Financial Analyst in Tucson, Arizona

Description We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Manufacturing Financial Analyst to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will primarily support our US plant within the Data Solutions - Enclosures Segment, providing crucial financial insight and guidance to cross-functional leaders. This role does not offer the potential for transition into a different type of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support for multiple value streams and processes within our Tucson facility

• Actively participate in operations analysis and continuous improvement initiatives spanning multiple areas

• Oversee and improve the review of Excess and Obsolete analysis and process for Tucson and Hub locations

• Prepare regular reports to assist in the tracking and improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and cash metrics

• Drive the development of analytical tools and capabilities to enhance understanding of the plant's manufacturing cost structure

• Lead and improve the Annual physical Inventory and cogs reconciliation process

• Clearly articulate the drivers of variance, including volume, mix, inflation and productivity

• Provide variance analysis of cost center spend vs budget, identifying trends and key cost drivers

• Lead the annual budget and forecasts for the US Tucson Plant

• Execute the annual cost roll for Tucson plant and Hub locations

• Lead the Plant CAPEX process and financial analysis and prioritization of alternative investments, make vs. buy analysis, etc, maximizing ROI for the NA region

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on driving operational improvements in the plant Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Ability to employ Data Mining Techniques

• Understanding of various Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accrual Accounting

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Understanding of Capital Management

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis
