Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to use the internet for research - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Strong familiarity with faxing - Previous experience working with records maintenance - Good understanding of scanning - Meeting coordination and planning experience - Practical knowledge of MS Outlook - Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience highly preferred - Customer service experience - Correspondence and drafting experience preferred - General familiarity with Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Word experience desired - Background working with copying - Adeptness in navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Demonstrated knowledge of filing - Earlier work involving mail processing If you are passionate individual that thrives in a creative environment, we would love to have you discuss about joining our dynamic and growing company.
