Robert Half Senior Financial Analyst in Tulare, California
Description We are based in Tulare, California and are in the logistics industry. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The individual will be responsible for overseeing ERP implementation, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing KPI's long term.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the transition of our ERP from Sage to Dynamics
• Conduct complex financial analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
• Implement new processes to optimize financial operations
• Use Dynamics NAV to manage and analyze financial data
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance
• Collaborate with different teams to understand and support their financial needs. Requirements
• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics NAV.
• Strong experience in process implementation and software implementations.
• Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis and interpret financial data.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
