Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Billingual Preferred) for a dynamic and growing company in Tulsa, OK, seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent status based on performance and fit within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Handle inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, striving for first-call resolution.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

  • Assist with billing inquiries, account adjustments, and payment processing.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics and targets.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute; grammar and typing tests required.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
